Edward K. Wissing

Mr. Wissing has served as a director of PSI since August 1997. Mr. Wissing has served as a director of Christiana Care Health System, a privately-held, not-for-profit hospital system, and as Chairman of the Board of Christiana Care Health Initiatives since November 2006. Until February 2007, Mr. Wissing had served as Chairman of the Board of Pediatric Services of America, Inc., a home health care company, since December 2002, and as a director since 2001. Mr. Wissing previously served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of American HomePatient, Inc., a national provider of home health care products and services, from May 1984 until May 1998.
