Mark P. Clein

Mr. Clein has served as a director of PSI since 2002. He has been President and Chief Financial Officer of United BioSource Corporation, a pharmaceutical and life sciences consulting company, since November 2003. Mr. Clein previously served as a Partner of LCI Partners, a consulting and investment firm, from January 2003 to November 2003. Prior to LCI Partners, Mr. Clein served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of US Bioservices Corporation, a provider of distribution services for specialty pharmaceuticals and biologics, from May 2002 to January 2003. From May 1999 to May 2002, Mr. Clein served as Chief Executive Officer of PMR Corporation.
