Summit Oaks Hospital, one of the longest standing psychiatric and chemical dependency centers in New Jersey, has been serving children, adolescents and adults in the Northeast region since 1902. The facility includes a 126-bed hospital and an intensive outpatient counseling center.
Our dedicated, multidisciplinary team is lead by our Board Certified Medical Director and includes psychiatrists, internal medicine physicians and Master’s level social service professionals, as well as LPCs, LCSWs, RNs, LCADCs and CADCs dedicated to helping patients get their lives back on track.
Services/Programs
- Inpatient psychiatric care for children, adolescents and adults
- Inpatient dual diagnosis treatment for adults suffering from both behavioral health and chemical dependency problems
- Inpatient alcohol and drug detoxification for adults
- Inpatient alcohol and drug rehabilitation treatment for adults
- Intensive outpatient services three days a week, three hours a day for:
- Adolescents with Psychiatric/Dual/Co-Occurring Disorders
- Adults (age 18+) with Psychiatric and Dual/Co-Occurring Disorders
- Adults (age 18+) with Chemical Dependency
We also offer a unique program for those coping with chronic pain.
